The topic of jobs has been a common theme as of late, especially in this economy. However, I believe that Wisconsin has something to be proud of since we are on the upward spiral. Even though the Bureau of Labor Statistics has reported lower numbers than the actual number of jobs in the Badger State, there is no question that Gov. Scott Walker has made a positive impact since coming into office. In fact, Wisconsin's exports had a record high of $22 billion in 2012.
It does not surprise me that the Democrats have looked to the underestimated information reported by the BLS. This information does not accurately describe the tremendous improvements Wisconsin has made in order to increase jobs. Job creation is taking place here in Wisconsin, and it is about time everyone realized that Walker has made this state a great place to find work. Between the jobs already created in the past year, and the jobs that will continue to be created, it is now up to us to join in and keep Wisconsin moving in the right direction.
