Oshkosh area residents are invited to participate in a public meeting on "Citizens Guide to the Local Impact of the State Budget" on Monday, April 29, 5:00-6:30 pm, UW-Oshkosh Sage Hall Room 1214. Park in Lot 7 on High Avenue adjacent to Sage Hall.

Todd Berry, Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance (WISTAX) president, will be the keynote speaker. Berry will outline the context and character of the governor's proposed 2013-15 biennial budget.
