Letters: Obamacare's effects could be scary

President Barack Obama

On an almost daily basis, we learn more and more about this terrible scam known as Obamacare being forced onto we the people. The prophetic words of Rep. Nancy Pelosi, "We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what's in it," ring in my ears like a bad tune that won't go away.

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is now admitting that this thing could be more harmful than she previously thought, costing much more for we the people.

We also see more and more evidence that the elderly could be denied some health benefits because there will be fewer and fewer physicians, and they could administer to the younger population - what there will be left of it.

This fiasco could have been averted if the voters had just listened to us and realized that, like many schemes, the devil is in the details.

I don't know just what the current occupant is, but he sure isn't a leader.
