A fundraising rummage sale is being held for Treyden Kurtzweil, infant son of Cassie and Travis Kurtzweil of Stratford, who was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

The sale will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 18 to 20, and again May 3 to 5, at 4303 Augustine Ave., Weston.

In addition to the rummage sale, there will be a brat/hot dog fry, bake sale and macho nachos, water, soda, coffee and hot chocolate.

Friends and family members are looking for donations of household items, furniture in good condition, toys, DVDs, CDs, clothing for children, women and men, sporting goods and baby equipment. No mattresses, desktop computers or TVs.

Donations can be dropped off, or call 715-803-3217 for pickup. Volunteers are needed for grilling, pricing, hanging, organizing items, making baked goods or offers of other help!

Follow the Kurtzweil family's story at www.savingtreyden.com and on Facebook.
