Old town hall's fate is in board's hands

Residents at Tuesday evening's annual meeting in the town of Union authorized the Town Board to "do as they see fit" with the disused Town Hall, located near the intersection of County DK and Stage Road.

Town meetings and elections have been conducted at a building on the grounds of the YMCA Camp Wabansi on South Bayshore Drive since the early 2000s, while signs and signposts have been stored in the old building.
