All-Star scholarships offered to eligible area seniors; deadline May 10

JL Ziegler Companies All-Star Scholarships will be awarded to 10 well-rounded, talented, articulate, level-headed high school seniors making stand-out contributions in school, society, family, and work. High school seniors from Fond du Lac County, Waupun and Lomira are strongly encouraged to apply for the All-Star Scholarship. Deadline is May 10. Applications can be found in guidance offices of each high school and at www.radioplusinfo.com.

The All Star Scholarship program, created and promoted by Sunny 97-7, is in its eighth year providing almost $50,000 in scholarship monies to local students going on to higher education. JL Ziegler companies has been involved with the construction and development of many real estate projects for over twenty years which include apartments, senior housing and retail centers.

As with all projects, knowledge is the key to success. Joe Ziegler says," we believe knowledge through education and hard work is what it takes to be successful. The more that's promoted through programs like the All Star Scholarship, there is a greater future ahead for all it reaches. We're pleased as a local business to be able to provide and give back to the youth in our community."

Finalists in the JL Ziegler Companies All-Star Scholarship will be notified by May 24 and will be invited to an awards reception on June 9. Ten winners will receive $500 each.
