Report: 433,000 will be eligible for insurance subsidies

- More than 433,000 Badger State residents will be eligible for tax credits beginning next January to help them pay for health insurance, according to a new report released this week, but nearly four out of five of them may not know about it.

Among those eligible, roughly nine out of 10 are in working families and more than two-thirds are ages 18 to 54, according to the report by Families USA, a national consumer health advocate.
