Engaging employees focus of Women in Management meeting

Women in Management- Fox Cities Chapter is pleased to announce that Kathy DeVries will present how to engage employees through problem solving at the May meeting. Recent research suggests that high-involvement work practices can develop the positive beliefs and attitudes associated with employee engagement. In this session, you will learn more about the high involvement work practice of problem solving and the benefits it brings to both the business and your employees.

Women in Management-Fox Cities Chapter, is an organization whose purpose is to further the professional development of women employed in established careers. The Fox Cities Chapter meets on the second Wednesday of the month, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Fox Banquets Rivertyme Catering, 111 E. Kimball St., Appleton.
