Wis. DOJ says it is on pace in submitting mental health records to federal database

The Wisconsin Department of Justice says it is current in submitting mental health records into the national criminal background database, contrary to the conclusions of a study by a gun-control group founded and funded by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

"The DOJ is in full compliance of its obligation to share what's required under Wisconsin law," said department spokeswoman Dana Brueck.
