A 20-year-old man who withdrew from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay this week has been charged with conducting drug activity inside his campus apartment.

Nathan Stadelmann, of Menomonee Falls was arrested after officers executed a search warrant April 15 at his campus residence in the 3300 block of Walter Way, according to a criminal complaint.

Officers found more than 106 grams of marijuana, 64 doses of suspected LSD and 3.2 grams of possible psilocybin mushrooms, which can cause hallucinations. Authorities also seized $3,080 cash and a digital scale.

Stadelmann allegedly told investigators he sells marijuana to about five people on campus, and that he bought 4 ounces of the drug for $1,000 in Milwaukee on April 14.

However, the complaint said Stadelmann denied that the money officers found was from drug sales.

Stadelmann is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and LSD, as well as maintaining a drug trafficking place, all felonies. He is also charged with possession of marijuana, psilocin without a valid prescription and drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

If convicted of all charges, he faces more than 18 years imprisonment.
