St. Norbert earns national arts grant

College to receive $20,000 for exhibit

U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin announced Tuesday, April 23, that St. Norbert College in De Pere is one of seven recipients in Wisconsin of a 2013 grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.

The National Endowment for the Arts was established by Congress in 1965 as an independent agency of the federal government. The NEA since has awarded more than $4 billion to support artistic excellence, creativity and innovation for the benefit of individuals and communities.

The matching grants help support projects that involve the creation and presentation of artistically excellent work. ...
