Kyle Clark appointed to fill vacant Oshkosh Common Council seat

The Oshkosh Common Council unanimously appointed Kyle Clark to fill the seat vacated after Jef Hall resigned last month.

Clark, 27, edged out former councilor Brian Poeschl in an appointment process that required two rounds of voting to narrow down the field of six applicants for the job. Clark had previously applied to fill a council vacancy in 2008 and also ran as a write-in candidate in the April 2 election.
