Theo's restaurant to close May 11

Theo's Cream City Chop House is closing Saturday, May 11, after 20 years in business.

Owner Ted Buetow, who partnered last year with Commonwealth Companies to develop Trinity Restaurant, said in a press release that he has mixed feelings about the decision.

"From the beginning, the mission at Theo's was to serve quality food at a fair price, and that's what we did for the last 20 years," he said in an email to The Reporter.
