MEDFORD - Ryan Paul had three extra basehits as the Medford baseball team swept Northland Pines in a Great Northern Conference on Thursday, winning the opener 10-4 and the nightcap 12-0 in four innings.

Skyler Anderson had three hits in the opner with two runs scored and Brad Acker added two hits and three RBIs. Sam Sawdey had two hits and two runs scored, as well.

In the nightcap Alan Schumacher tossed four no-hit innings to pick up the win with five strikeouts. ...
