Attorneys will ask a judge to dismiss the first-degree intentional homicide charge against a Minnesota woman whose statements to police led to arrests in the 2007 shooting death of Greenville's Lara Plamann.

Attorneys for Rosie O. Campbell, 38, say she had no role in carrying through the homicide plot and can't be considered a party to the crime. They filed a motion for dismissal Monday in Outagamie County Court.

Campbell, Kandi Siveny and her mother, Dianna Siveny, are each charged with party to the crime of homicide in the Oct. 17, 2007, shooting. ...
