Everest Area Optimist Club to host bike rodeo

The Everest Area Optimist Club will host its annual bike rodeo May 4 at the Weston Safety Building on Mesker Street.

The rodeo will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is open to children through age 13. The event will feature bike safety inspections, helmet safety and a silent auction with more than 30 bikes. The first 325 entrants will receive free helmets, a free bike license from Rothschild, Schofield and Weston, and use of the Mountain-Bay ...
