The No. 1 health concern in Door County is mental health, according to the most recent Community Needs Assessment data compiled by the Door County Public Health Department.

Professionals in the community have been working together to develop a guide to help connect people with mental health concerns with the available resources and places of assistance within Door County. The guide will be released Wednesday, the first day of May, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.
