April 27, 1957 -
Bellin board posts filled: Elections to the board of directors and the board of managers of the corporation of Bellin Memorial Hospital were held this week, according to Warren Von Ehren, hospital administrator.

Elected to the board of managers for five year terms were Lloyd Outland, John Ross, Guy Rogenrief, Carl Kouba, Meyer Cohen, Spencer Havlick, Merrill Rogoff, Jerry Atkinson, Mrs. Donald Parker, and Carl Vandree, all of Green Bay; Dr. Ralph T. Alton, Appleton; and Lawrence Moore, Suamico.

Harold Knutson and the Rev. J. Ellsworth Kalas were named to the board for the balance of 1957 filling unexpired terms of board members. T.A. Strid was elected for a term expiring in April, 1958.

Elected to the board of directors were W.R. Bodart, Walter Scherf, Mr. Kalas, Dr. Alton. This group is comprised of 15 members.

Von Ehren reported in 1956 a total of 8,203 patients were admitted to the hospital. Also recorded were 1,263 births.
