With Mother's Day right around the corner (May 12, in case you don't have it circled), we thought we'd forgo the cards, brunch reservations and hanging flower baskets and have a little old-fashioned fun with Mom. Moms and daughters, to be specific.

You know the saying, about how we all eventually turn into our mothers, for better or worse (and we mean the latter in the nicest way possible). Maybe it's a favorite saying, parenting technique, housekeeping shortcut, secret in the kitchen, a Kleenex always tucked up her sweater sleeve - something you grew up watching your mom do or say that now you do, too. We're looking for a light-hearted, endearing sentence or two that will make all the moms out there smile when they pick up Sunday Life on Mother's Day. Be sure to include your full name and city when you email it to kmeinert@pressgazettemedia.com.
