What's better than happy hour? How about happy hour for a good cause, with Green Bay Packers players slinging the drinks?

Packers Jordy Nelson, Mason Crosby and Davon House, along with alum Chris Jacke, have signed up as the celebrity bartenders May 30 at Green Bay Distillery for an event to raise money for the Greater Green Bay CP Center, which helps children and adults with severe physical and cognitive disabilities.

Hosted by Sarah Thomsen and Bill Jartz of WBAY-TV, Channel 2, the evening runs from 6 to 10 p.m. and includes a tailgater-style appetizer buffet, commemorative pint glass, wine sampling with Parallel 44 Vineyard, silent and oral auctions (among the items up for bids is a workout session with Nelson for a group of kids), cash bar, tip buckets and complimentary cab service.

Tickets are on sale for $50 at (920) 337-1122, the CP Center, 2801 S. Webster Ave., Allouez, and www.cp-center.org.
