Estate planning seminar offered

Planned Giving for Portage County and the Anderson O'Brien law firm will sponsor a seminar on estate planning from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Memories Wedding and Banquet Hall, 2811 Plover Springs Drive, Plover.

The seminar will address why you should have a will or trust, how to correctly identify your beneficiaries, what probate is and how to avoid it, the differences between a living will and health care power of attorney, and more. It will end with a question-and-answer session.
