Sale, raffle to aid hospice

Ministry Home Care-Hospice Services will hold its annual plant sale and quilt raffle from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 10 and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 11 in the east parking lot of the Ministry Health Care building, 2501 Main St.

In addition to the fresh plants at the sale, raffle tickets will be available to win a handmade quilt donated by the Undercover Quilters. Tickets cost $1 each or six for $5. Tickets will be sold in the weeks before the sale and until the drawing, which will be at 12:30 p.m. May 11. You do not need to be present to win.

Proceeds from the sale help provide hospice care for patients and families living in this area.
