A mother and daughter were bound over for trial Monday on homicide charges in the 2007 shooting death of Greenville's Lara Plamann.

Kandi Siveny and her mother, Dianna Siveny, appeared jointly in court for a preliminary hearing on first-degree intentional homicide charges. Outagamie Judge Mark McGinnis ruled there was probable cause for the bindover.

Prosecutors elicited testimony from Outagamie County Sheriff's Department investigators Jeff Dietzen and Christopher Hammen. ...
