Nicolet Bankshares completes merger

Nicolet Bankshares Inc. on Friday completed its merger with Mid-Wisconsin Financial Services Inc.

Starting Monday, Nicolet was quoted on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the NCBS symbol.

Nicolet said Monday it added Dr. Kim Gowey and Chris Chidorzi, former Mid-Wisconsin board members, to its board of directors.

Robert Atwell is chairman and CEO of Nicolet Bankshares. Mike Daniels is president and chief operating officer of subsidiary Nicolet National Bank.

Nicolet, based in Green Bay, now has assets of $1.1 billion. It operates 22 branches with 325 employees in Northeastern and Central Wisconsin. All offices are operating under the Nicolet National Bank name.
