Let's get the easy part out of the way first. Sur la Baie is still for sale. The elegant mansion on the Northern Door waterfront is not being converted into an entertainment palace.

In fact, the owners' attorney wrote over the weekend to assure us that "the mansion remains on the market with a recently reduced price of $8.75 million, including its contents - the current listing price being only a fraction of the home's replacement cost."
