Agnesian HealthCare's Diabetes Services has scheduled a support group for adults with diabetes who are using an insulin pump on Tuesday, May 14. This group meets every odd month on the second Tuesday (except for July).

Sponsored by Agnesian HealthCare, the support group helps individuals using insulin pumps and their family members/caregivers to share their experiences, make connections with other insulin pump users and get helpful tips.

Meetings are scheduled in Agnesian HealthCare's 5-West Conference Room, 430 E. Division St., Fond du Lac, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. There is no cost for attending this support group.

For more information on Agnesian HealthCare's Insulin Pump support group, contact Nicole Gill, MS, RD, CD, CPT, CDE, Agnesian HealthCare Diabetes Services supervisor, at 926-4525.
