Don't cut BadgerCare

I read Jessica Rinehart's letter (opposing the governor's cuts to BadgerCare), and I agree. I don't even make $25,000, a year and I work a 40-hour week. I pay my mortgage, my WPS, cable, groceries, gas to get to work and to take my son to work and pick him up. I pay $220 a month for health insurance, plus $3,500 out of pocket.

I don't have a choice. I'm in my early 50s. If you don't have insurance and something happens, one day in the hospital will cost thousands, and trust me, they want their money now. $2,640 a year and that is the cheapest for a single person to have health insurance.
