Fox Valley Reading Council partners with schools, community

On April 27, the Fox Valley Reading Council held its second annual Recycled Reading Event at the Oshkosh Public Library. Over 120 readers attended. According to Teri Rucinsky, president of the Fox Valley Reading Council, the purpose of the event is to "promote the importance of literacy at a young age." The community event pooled partners from elementary schools, high schools, and local businesses.
