Grubb & Ellis Pfefferle changes to Newmark Grubb Pfefferle

Commercial real estate firm Grubb & Ellis Pfefferle now will operate as Newmark Grubb Pfefferle.

Pfefferle has offices in Appleton, Green Bay and Wausau and employs 15 brokers. The company, which has been in business more than 40 years, is led by John Pfefferle, CEO and chairman of the board, and Mike Pfefferle, president.

The Appleton-based firm joins a network of more than 11,000 professionals, operating from more than 340 offices around the world.

Pfefferle's team negotiated more than $66 million in real estate transactions in 2012.
