Marinette County arson suspect to face trial

A Suring man accused of setting several fires in Northeastern Wisconsin was bound over Tuesday for trial in his Marinette County case.

Drew Christensen, 28, waived his preliminary hearing on a charge of arson of a building with intent to defraud-party to a crime.

Arraignment was scheduled for May 23 by Judge David Miron. Christensen is considering a plea agreement offered by District Attorney Allen Brey that would recommend 10 years in prison and five years of extended supervision, defense attorney Tricia Nell said. ...
