Regardless of the findings of the investigation into University of Wisconsin-Green Bay men's basketball coach Brian Wardle's conduct, when it considers his future, the school may have to decide what impact the allegations against him will have on his ability to recruit players.

Wardle has two scholarships available for next season. The spring signing period opened April 17 - six days after the university announced it would open an investigation after it received a written complaint from the mother of freshman walk-on Ryan Bross, who alleged mistreatment, verbal and mental abuse.
