Frelich crowned 2013 Fairest of the Fair

GREENLEAF - Brooke Frelich of Greenleaf is the 2013 Brown County Fairest of the Fair.

Frelich, the daughter of Shelby Kussow and Kevin Frelich, was selected from three candidates during the Fairest of the Fair Gala at the Tundra Lodge and Conference Center in Green Bay.

Elizabeth Diny of Greenleaf, daughter of Steve and Diane Diny, was first runner-up. Shannen Koltz of Greenleaf, daughter of John and Tracey Koltz, was second runner up.

Frelich, is a 2011 graduate of Wrightstown High School and is pursuing a degree in Animal Science at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She plans to use her veterinary technology specialty to further her studies in horse dentistry.

Frelich and Diny will make appearances throughout Brown County promoting this year's fair. Frelich will represent the Brown County Fair as media spokeswoman and official host of the 2013 Brown County Fair - which runs Aug 14-18.

Frelich will also represent the Brown County Fair at the Wisconsin Association of Fairs Convention in January.
