The following defendants recently made initial appearances in Oconto County Circuit Court. Felony counts punishable with prison terms are denoted with an "(F)."
? Jason C. Smith, 27, of Mountain, was charged April 23 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated-fourth offense in five years (F), operating while revoked, disorderly conduct and operating a motor vehicle with owner's consent (F). The charges were filed in connection with a disturbance at his girlfriend's residence in the 13000 block of County W, as well as a vehicle taken from the residence.
? Michael P. Bersch, 45, of Oconto Falls, was charged April 25 with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct-use of a dangerous weapon in connection with an incident the day before in the town of Stiles.
? Joseph C. Fox, 30, of Kingsford, Mich., was charged April 22 with theft and disorderly conduct, following an incident the day before in the town of Chase.
? Joshua A. Diedrich, 29, of Green Bay, was charged April 22 with operating while intoxicated-second offense, operating while revoked and possession of an illegally obtained prescription, in connection with an incident April 20in the town of Little Suamico. He was also charged Feb. 28 with operating while revoked in connection with an incident in the city of Oconto.
? Tessa M. Imig, 24, of Oconto, was charged April 19 with criminal trespass and criminal damage to property in connection with an incident March 17 in the town of Little River.
? Curtis R. Heribacka Jr., 41, of Green Bay, was charged April 19 with second offense operating while intoxicated and second offense operating with prohibited alcohol content. He was charged in connection with an incident March 23 in the town of Little River.
