Clarity Care was awarded the Citizenship Community Partner of the Year award on Friday, April 26, presented by the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Residence Life.

Kurt Johnson, Director of Program Development, accepted the award on behalf of Clarity Care during a ceremony at Reeve Memorial Union. This is the second consecutive year that Clarity Care has been awarded this distinction for their collaboration with South Scott Hall, and UW-Oshkosh Residence Life.

The Residence Life awards and recognition are based on a group commitment by students to participate in events within the community. Clarity Care's flexible schedule of volunteer opportunities, which include supporting enrichment activities such as dances, book club nights, and craft events for the "Chance" program allows for more students to get involved. Students are also able to participate in tasks such as painting and landscaping at Clarity Care's residential homes and office facilities.
