A local residential and commercial construction business has increased its presence by splitting off into a second company.

Brian Luedtke and Associates has expanded by opening a spinoff business, called the Brian Luedtke Design Group.

"Brian Luedtke and Associates is still running and involved in the building and construction side of things, while the new design group's primary focus is on architectural design and product sales," owner Brian Luedtke said.
