The "2 By 4 Music Festival" will be held Friday and Saturday at the Silver Dome Ballroom, W7670 Highway 10, Neillsville.

Entertainment begins at 7 p.m. both nights. Opening the show Friday will be Crankshaft. Headlining will be The 4OnTheFloor, Boom 42 and Black Diet.

Opening the show on Saturday will be Walker Fields, followed by The Erik Koskinen Band. Headlining will be Southern Culture on the Skids (SCOTS) and FK Knights. SCOTS is touring this spring in support of its most recent album, "Zombified," out now on the band's own Kudzu Records. "Zombified" combines the band's signature eclecticism with fantastically campy horror themes.

The group formed in Chapel Hill, N.C., and has been playing its unique hybrid of Americana, surf, R&B, rockabilly and swamp pop for decades, touring frequently and releasing a body of work that boasts 13 albums and four EPs.

Doors open at 5 p.m. both nights. Brats, sausages, beer-can chicken and sides will be served all evening long. Admission costs $5 at the door on Friday and $10 on Saturday.
