'YTC's Greatest Hits!' to hold auditions

The Youth Theatre Company, in cooperation with the Plymouth Arts Center, will hold open auditions for its summer production of "YTC's Greatest Hits!" - a celebration of music stories and dances from the Youth Theatre Company's 25-year history in Sheboygan County and the 20th anniversary of the Plymouth Arts Center.

Auditions will be held at the Plymouth Arts Center, 520 E. Mill St., Plymouth, on May 19 at 1 p.m. for ages 8 to 12, and at 5 p.m. for ages 13 through adult. Auditions also will be held May 20 at 7 p.m. for ages 13 through adult.

Those auditioning will be asked to speak (and possibly read from a script), sing a simple song, and learn some movement. No preparation is necessary.

People who audition are asked to bring a calendar of all conflict dates between June 10 and July 23. The cast will include boys and girls and men and women of all ages.

Performances will be held at at 7:30 p.m. July 24, 25, 27 and 28, and at 2 p.m. July 27-28.
