Several things have stuck in the mind of Scott Groholski since his playing days at Amherst High School in the late 1980s.

He played for venerable Falcons coach Gregg Jensen, who resigned at the end of the 2012-13 season after 29 seasons, and his recollections of those playing days will forever be etched in his memory banks.

Groholski has a long list of basketball philosophies Jensen engrained in him as a player. At the top of the list is how the importance of discipline was always stressed. ...
