At 8:03 p.m. Sunday, a 22-year-old woman was cited for non-emergency use of 911 in the 1800 block of North 10th Avenue.

At 3:51 p.m. Wednesday, a 38-year-old man was charged with mistreatment of an animal and failure to provide adequate food and water after officers found the animal tied to a door inside a residence in the 200 block of South Sixth Avenue.
