$25,000 bail set for former Fox Cities woman in child custody case

A former Fox Cities woman who fled to Tennessee in January with her 3-year-old child is being held on $25,000 bail in Outagamie County jail.

Holy Waters Brecheen, 27, made an initial appearance Friday in Outagamie County Court. She is charged with interfering with child custody.

Authorities said there was a shared placement agreement between Brecheen and the boy's father from July into January. The father asked the court to order a placement schedule after problems with Brecheen arose. ...
