Living up to a legacy of great runners in his family never has been a problem for Brad Neumann.

The Peshtigo senior sprinter is a four-time state medalist and is aiming to win a second consecutive WIAA Division 2 100-meter dash state championship, much like his grandfather, Bob, did when he won Class C state titles in the 100-yard dash in 1953 and 1954.

What has been a problem for Neumann is having history repeat itself in the form of another hamstring injury this year. ...
