Big Flats man found guilty of murder

A 61-year-old Big Flats man showed no emotion Friday as he was declared guilty of killing his mother and hiding her body.

A jury convicted Larry W. Clark of first-degree intentional homicide in the death of Marcella E. Clark, 79, and also found him guilty of hiding a corpse, two counts of passing a forged check, two counts of providing false information about a missing person and one count of misappropriation of identification.

"This week, we heard about evil; we heard about some real evil acts," Wisconsin Assistant Attorney General David Maas told jurors during closing arguments Friday. ...
