The Aging & Disability Resource Center serving Adams, Green Lake, Marquette and Waushara counties will offer Stepping On, a seven-week workshop that will meet once a week for two hours. The workshop is an interactive fall prevention program aimed at educating participants and building confidence in order to prevent, reduc, or eliminate falls.

Classes will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursdays, beginning May 16, at Rome Municipal Building. This workshop is open to all community members. There is a suggested donation of $10, which goes toward the cost of workshop materials and the sustainability of the programs. Snacks and refreshments will be provided during the course of the workshop.

For more information, questions, concerns, or to register, call Shannon Myers at the Aging and Disability Resource Center at 877-883-5378.
