Soccer: Another win, another shutout for Clippers

Sturgeon Bay shut out Wrightstown, 2-0, Thursday at home for its sixth consecutive victory of the high school girls soccer season.

Wynnie Maravilla and Caimyn Lutze scored goals, and the Clippers' defense recorded its third consecutive shutout and fifth overall.

"It was kind of a defensive match, yet we controlled most of the game most of the time," said Clippers coach Paul Lutze. "Awesome defensive effort. I jokingly gave them a hard time after the game because they gave up their first corner kick of the year." ...
