Powwow attendees get taste of native culture

When Stanley Webster attends the American Indians Reaching for Opportunity Pow-Wow every year, he's not just attending an event. He's also revisiting the campus where he once went to school.

That's part of the strong connection he says the campus has had to the American Indian community.

Webster was one of about 500 attendees at the AIRO Pow-Wow Saturday, held by the student organization at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Berg Gym. ...
