De Pere resident Walter Coyle knew he was at high risk for contracting Alzheimer's disease since his father, grandfather and great-grandfather all suffered from the debilitating condition.

Eight years ago, that fear became a reality. But Coyle, 75, is determined to help his children and grandchildren avoid a similar fate.
