The Lakeview Community Library, 112 Butler St., Random Lake, is hosting the program "Cook for an Hour, Eat for a Week" at 6:30 p.m. Monday, May 13.

Chris Pannier, of rural Random Lake, will show participants how to be "that person" who has it together at dinnertime. With just one hour of prep time, attendees can have five meals ready to go that can be on the table within minutes, with no prep time during the week. With a well-crafted menu plan, up to 15 hours and $120 every month can be saved.

Participants can also bring their favorite recipe or "go-to" meal and Pannier will show how to adapt it. They will be able to sample two dishes: taco cups and honey BBQ meatloaf muffins.

Registration is required by email or calling at 920-994-4825 by Friday, May 10.
