Learn where to kayak

At 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, join Tom Koeppen and company from the Northeast Wisconsin Paddlers to learn what rivers and lakes in southern Wisconsin and beyond are great kayaking waters. This program is best for people over 10 years old. Meet at the Ice Age Visitor Center, located off Highway 67, a half mile west of Dundee. Call 920-533-8322 with questions.

Garden Club to host Plant, Bake, Tag and Treasure Sale

Lake Shore Garden Club will hold its annual Plant, Bake, Tag and Treasure sale from 12-5 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, at the Kiwanis Park Field House, 726 N. 17th St. Club member-grown perennials, natives, annuals, shrubs, herbs, succulents, hostas, mystery iris roots, hanging plants, porch plants, and other plants will be for sale. Six different color varieties of nursery-grown Oriental lily bulbs, and varied color gladiolus bulbs ready to plant. Homemade baked goods, home and garden décor items and more will also be for sale.
