SPASH softball team rallies past Kaukauna in nonconference matchup

PLOVER - Heather Woyak doubled with one out in the seventh, and eventually scored on a single by Megan Roth as the Panthers rallied from a four-run deficit to beat Kaukauna 6-5 on Saturday.

Taylor Smola - who went 3 for 4 with two RBIs - tied the score at 5-5 with a solo home run, and Woyak followed with the double.

Shaylee Kluck earned the win for the Panthers as she pitched six innings in relief of SPASH starter Angela Lange, who was pulled after the first inning with tightness in her arm. ...
