Dinner to benefit SPASH soccer team

A spaghetti dinner fundraiser to benefit the Stevens Point Area Senior High girls soccer team is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the Stevens Point Elks Club, 1132 Clark St.

The meal will include spaghetti and meat sauce, breadsticks, salad, drink and dessert. Tickets cost $6 and can be purchased from any girls soccer team member or at the door. To-go dinners also will be available.

A 50/50 raffle and a basket raffle also will be offered. Funds raised will be used to help cover the team's expenses throughout the season.
